10-12. COD. Call when in route and when arriving so they can buzz you in. I spoke to JoAnn, they have a leak in the ceiling of their condo and its starting to get worse. They did mention they had the contact info for the unit above in case the issue might be coming from them. May need a leak detection but they're unsure since they know which general area it is coming from.
